When did you join RMHC? I previously worked in the ARMHS department from 2022-2023 and returned in May 2025 for my therapy internship.
Why do you work at RMHC? I believe in RMHC’s mission of providing high-quality services to everyone regardless of ability to pay. It is extremely important to me that the individuals we work with have a team of professionals supporting them in their mental health journey. RMHC’s integrative care model helps make this possible. I love the company culture and appreciate that every single employee is valued no matter what their position. I have always felt encouraged to reach my goals and continue growing personally and professionally.
