Specialty Training: LGBTQIA+, Grief, Depression, Bipolar disorders, Anxiety, Intellectual disabilities, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Personality Disorders. I provide both telehealth and in person services in Hibbing and Virginia.

Education: 2022 alumni from the University of Minnesota-Duluth where I received my Bachelors and Masters in Social Work.
Hobbies: I am a part-time wedding and lifestyle photographer. You will often find me spending time with my partner and our dog. I enjoy golfing, curling, snowboarding, traveling, knitting, cooking, going to the gym, lake days, and spending time with family and friends.
When did you join RMHC? May 2022 as an Outpatient Therapist Intern through the University Minnesota Duluth Masters of Social Work program. I began working as an Outpatient therapist in August 2022.
Why do you work at RMHC? I work for RMHC because I feel supported by all of my colleagues. I have a passion for taking care of the mental wellbeing of myself and others. I take pride in my welcoming presence and look forward to meeting individuals from all walks of life. I strive to expand my knowledge and competency within the mental health field to provide the best personalized services that I can to each unique individual. Establishing positive therapeutic relationships is the foundation for each person I work with. I prioritize person centered care by focusing on the unique strengths of each individual. I incorporate various evidence-based modalities of therapeutic care. I utilize a strengths-focused, person-centered approach, CBT, solution focused, motivational interviewing, and other evidenced based modalities as appropriate.
