When did you join RMHC? March 2023, as an outpatient therapist. Previously, I worked for RMHC at the Wellstone Crisis Center and Mobile Crisis. Also, I completed my internship for my LADC years ago at Range Treatment Center. From 2013 to March 2023, I worked for the Arrowhead Treatment Center (2015-2023 contracted to the Mesabi ACT Team, which is a collaboration between HDC, Arrowhead Center, RMHC and St. Louis County).
Why do you work at RMHC? RMHC’s mission and values closely align with my own. RMHC strives to be a leading provider in the community and provides a wide range of services to meet the needs of those in our surrounding communities. RMHC exhibits a work culture/atmosphere that promotes support, growth, and positive change. RMHC exhibits a sense of open-mindedness and provides inclusive services to community members, while also promoting both the personal and professional development/growth of its employees.
