Welcome to Range Mental Health’s new telehealth platform and client app!

Our new app is available to download now in the App store on iOS devices, or in Play Store on Android devices. You can also join via the Web on any laptop or computer.

Within this new platform you’ll be able to complete the following tasks:

  • Set up Appointment Reminder Notification preferences – These will replace our current appointment reminder system for both in-person and virtual appointments, so please confirm your preferences when you first set up your account.
  • View all upcoming appointments and cancel future appointments.
  • Join your virtual appointments within the platform.
  • Review and sign forms.
  • Send and receive files.

FAQ

What notifications will I receive from the new platform?

You will receive an email notification when an appointment is created.

You will also receive notifications 3 days, 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment time by phone, email, and/or text based on the type of notification you selected.

How can I join my virtual appointments?

You will need to log into the platform to join your telehealth appointment. Once you are logged in, you will find all your upcoming appointments in the ‘Appointments’ tab.

10 minutes before the appointment start time, the ‘Join Video Session’ button will become available. Once you click this button, Zoom will launch automatically and connect you to the appointment.

The app will replace our current virtual appointment platforms (Doxy), so you will no longer receive a Doxy link.

We strive to be on time because your time is valuable, however sometimes things happen out of our control.  For this reason, if your provider hasn’t joined, please remain on the link up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before reaching out for assistance.

Will I still get text message appointment reminders if I do not add my phone number?

No. Your phone number will not be added automatically into this new system, so you will need to enter it when prompted the first time you log in to the app.

You can add more than one phone number to receive text message appointment reminders.

Can more than one individual set up an account or access the app for a client?

No. You can only register one email per client for the app. We recommend you use the email that will be used for virtual visits, if applicable, or the primary contact for the client.

Links for virtual appointments can be sent to additional email addresses not associated with the client app, as needed.

What if I don’t have an email address?

You will need an email address to create an account to continue to receive appointment reminder and do telehealth visits.   You can create a free email account with either Gmail or Yahoo Mail
